OREANDA-NEWS. The Federal Service of Financial Markets (FSFM) has registered the issue and the prospectus of certificated interest-bearing inconvertible bearer bonds of series 01 with the obligatory centralized storage of the open joint-stock company “Third Generation Company of the Wholesale Energy Market” (WGC-3, Ulan-Ude), placed by the open subscription.

According to the decision on additional issue of securities presented to FSFM of Russia the emitter placed 3 million bonds with the par value of 1 000 roubles each. The general volume of the issue (on face value) makes 3 billion roubles.

The state registration number assigned to the bond issue is 4-01-50079-A.
