OREANDA-NEWS. The Federal Service of Financial Markets (FSFM) has registered the issue and the prospectus of certificated interest-bearing inconvertible bearer bonds of series 01 of the open joint-stock company “Rybinskiy Cable Plant” (Rybinsk), placed by the open subscription.

According to the decision on additional issue of securities presented to FSFM of Russia the emitter placed 1 million bonds with the par value of 1 000 roubles each. The general volume of the issue (on face value) makes 1 billion roubles.

The state registration number assigned to the bond issue is 4-01-55210-E.
