OREANDA-NEWS. The Federal Service of Financial Markets (FSFM) has registered the additional issue of ordinary nominal uncertificated shares of the open joint-stock company “Zaramag HPP” (Republic North Ossetia - Alania), placed by the closed subscription.

According to the decision on additional issue of securities presented to FSFM of Russia the emitter placed 1,5 million shares with the par value of 1 000 roubles each. The general volume of the issue (on face value) makes 1,5 billion roubles.

The state registration number assigned to the additional issue of share is 1-01-32047-Е-003D.
