OREANDA-NEWS. The proceeds from sales of UTK Stavropol branch for nine months of 2006 have made 2181 million roubles (96,5% against analogous parameter of the last year).

Incomes of new communication services have exceeded 217 million roubles, or in 1,6 times more than for nine months of 2005. The share of incomes of granting access to the Internet in structure of incomes of perspective services has made 88%.

The installed capacity of telephone system of the branch has increased by 25,9 thousand numbers and has made 673,7 thousand numbers. Fibre-optical lines (ВОЛС) connect all the regional centres and large settlements of the region. The general extent of liaison channels in Stavropol Territory has exceeded 4,3896 million km.

More than 99,2% (4,3552 million km) out of them fall at digital channels. The level of digitalization of the telephone system of the branch increased by 2,75% up to 60,95%.
