OREANDA-NEWS. Within the framework of the priority national program "Education" "UTK" PJSC continues to work on providing Internet access to educational institutions of the Southern federal district. 

The Kalmykia branch of "UTK" PJSC provided broadband Internet access to 29 schools of the Republic, 21 of them located in the administrative center Elista.

By the end of 2007 the Kalmykia branch plans to connect another 146 schools of the Republic to the Internet.
