OREANDA-NEWS. A regular meeting of the Gazprom Board of Directors will take place on November 29, at 3:00pm Moscow time.

The meeting agenda is scheduled to include the following items:

• Gazprom’s preliminary operating results over 2006, draft Investment Program, Budget (Financial Plan) and Cost Optimization (Reduction) Program for 2007 and projections through 2009;
• Gazprom’s liquefied gas production, transportation and marketing strategy;
• The major directions of Gazprom’s sci-tech policy and issues surrounding its implementation.
