OREANDA-NEWS. Ordinary shares of OJSC “TGC-6” will start to be bargained in the structure of securities of the Quotation List of JSC “MICEX Stock Exchange” from November 24, 2006.

The decision on inclusion of shares of OJSC “TGC-6” in the quotation list of MICEX Stock Exchange was adopted by the Board of directors of the stock exchange.

According to the Rules of listing, admission to placement and securities circulation on the Moscow Interbank Stock Exchange, OJSC “TGC-6” and JSC “MICEX Stock Exchange” will conclude the contract about inclusion and maintenance of securities of OJSC “TGC-6” in the quotation list of the Moscow Interbank Stock Exchange till December 20, 2006.
