OREANDA. The regional department of the Federal Service for Financial Markets of Russia (FSFM) has registered the additional share issue of uncertificated registered ordinary shares of the joint-stock company "INTER RAO UES" in the Central federal district.

The volume of the issue makes 10,8 million shares with the par value of 100 roubles each.

The decision on increase in the authorized capital of JSC "INTER RAO UES" by the placement of additional shares was adopted at the meeting of the Board of directors of the company in October of this year. The total sum of the placement made 1,08 billion roubles.

Shares of additional issue will be placed by distribution among all shareholders of JSC "INTER RAO UES" proportionally to number of ordinary shares belonging to them.
