OJSC “Second Generation Company of the Wholesale Electric Power Market" (OJSC “WGC-2”) has prepared the consolidated financial reporting for 2005 according to the international financial reporting standard (IFRS). Audit of the consolidated financial reporting of WGC-2 for 2005 was carried out by JSC PricewaterhouseCoopers Audit.

IFRS proceeds of WGC-2 for 2005 have made 9 billion 219 million roubles, the net profit 648 million roubles.

The structure of the Group OJSC “WGC-2” as of December 31, 2005 included three power stations: OJSC “Troitskaya GRES”, OJSC “Stavropolskaya GRES” and OJSC “Pskov GRES”.
