OREANDA-NEWS. By 348 votes “pro” and 91 “con” the State Duma has approved on Friday in the last fourth reading the main financial document of the country - the budget of the Russian Federation for 2007. Now the approval in the Council of Federation and the signature of the President is needed.

The volume of gross internal product is stipulated at the rate of 31,22 billion roubles ($1,17 billion) with growth by 6 %.

Incomes will make 6,965 billion roubles (22,3 % of gross domestic product), charges - 5,464 billion roubles, (17,5 % of gross domestic product), proficiency - 1,502 billion roubles (4,8 % of gross domestic product).

The budget is counted up proceeding from the forecast of the mid-annual price of Ural oil at the rate of $61 for barrel, inflations 6,5-8 % and a mid-annual rouble exchange rate against dollar at the rate of 26,5.
