OREANDA-NEWS. The placement of the first bonded loan of series 01 of “M. Video Finance Ltd” with general face-value of 2 billion roubles took place on MICEX Stock Exchange. The placement is carried out on the open subscription in the form of competition by definition of the rate of the first coupon of bonds.

During the auction 27 applications of investors have been submitted. The general volume of demand on auction has made over 2,2 billion roubles with the rate of the first coupon in a range from 9,75 % up to 13 % annual.

The rate of the first coupon determined by the issuer has made 10 % annual (49,86 roubles per bond), the second coupon is equal to the first, the third-sixth coupons are to be defined by the issuer. The issue stipulates for the offer in a year from the date of the placement. Profitableness to the offer has made 10,25 % annual.

All bonded issue has been realized on the first day of the placement. The organizer of the issue is Gazprombank.
