OREANDA-NEWS. The Board of Directors of AK Sibur JSC decided to call an extraordinary general meeting of AK Sibur JSC shareholders on February 2, 2007.

Following a discussion, the meeting agreed to dismiss Alexander N.Ryazanov, the Chairman of the Board of AK Sibur JSC, and appoint Alexander V.Krasnenkov (member of the Board) to the position.
