OREANDA-NEWS. The SIBUR Holding JSC Board of Directors decided to call an extraordinary general meeting of SIBUR Holding JSC shareholders on February 2, 2007.

The SIBUR Holding Board also resolved to dismiss Alexander N.Ryazanov, the Chairman of the Board. Alexander V.Dyukov was elected the Chairman of the Board of SIBUR Holding JSC.

Following a discussion, the meeting agreed to terminate the presidency of Alexander V.Dyukov and appoint Dmitry V.Konov the President of SIBUR Holding JSC.

The Chairman of the Board stressed that the Company is to tackle not only modernization and construction of new operations but also gain a foothold both on a domestic and global scale.
