OREANDA-NEWS. Fund Russia New Growth Fund, being managed by Troika Capital Partners, was a part of shareholders of a Factoring Company Eurokommerz.

Eurokommerz is the largest factoring company in Russia and the CIS countries. Today, according to РА "Expert", the company wins the first place in the market of factoring on volume of financing and quantity of served clients. The turnover of the company has made 30,6 billion roubles in 2005, and by the end of 2006 will exceed 58,5 billion roubles. The Company has more than 40 branches in the whole country and is actively developing operations in other CIS countries.

The fund of direct investments Russia New Growth Fund created in 2005 is under control of Troika Capital Partners. Participants of the Fund are Group of companies Troika Dialogue and Temasek Holdings (assets under control of $63 billion), and also group of financial investors.
