OREANDA-NEWS. KAMAZ-FINANCE LTD has paid the certificated interest-bearing inconvertible bearer bonds of series A (state registration number of the issue 4-01-36044-R as of October 3, 2003), and also paid the last coupon income on bonds of the aforementioned issue.

For the whole circulation cycle (3 years) the coupon incomes for the sum 331 664 400 roubles have been paid. Face-value of the paid issue made 1,2 billion roubles.

At the moment there is the second issue of bonds of “KAMAZ-FINANCE LTD” in circulation. It was registered by the Federal service of financial markets on September 1, 2005 (state registration number of the issue 4-02-36044-R) and placed on September 23, 2005.

Organizers of the second issue are: Bank of Foreign Trade, Bank ZENIT and IC “Troika Dialogue”.
