OREANDA-NEWS. The Board of Directors of Gazprombank has approved the draft “Agreement on cooperation of “Gazprombank” (JSC) with “Gazprom” till January 1, 2016”, which is planned to be signed within the next two months.

The aforementioned cooperation agreement provides for preservation of strategic partnership of Gazprom with Gazprombank within the next 10 years and further development of the priority directions of cooperation.

In particular, the bank and the company will continue cooperation in the field of realization of investment projects of gas branch, management of assets, development of settlement and deposit infrastructures of the branch and realization of corporate housing policy of Gazprom.
