OREANDA-NEWS. Organizers of the of bonds of OJSC “Moscow Mortgage Bank” - "Gazprombank" (Joint-Stock Company), JSC IFC “RiGroup Finance” and Joint-Stock Company “Baltic Financial Agency” have finished formation of a syndicate on the placement of a loan.

The co-organizer of the issue is ABSOLUTE BANK. Co-underwriters of the issue are Metkombank, BK Region, IC "Russ-Invest", Khanty-Mansiysk Bank.

The placement of bonds took place on November 15 on the Moscow Interbank Stock Exchange on the open subscription and at the price equal to 100 % of face value. During the exchange auction the rate of the first coupon of bonds was to be determined. The offer on repayment of bonds makes 1 year. The volume of placed issue totals 800 million roubles.
