OREANDA-NEWS. The placement of the third bonded loan of Bank Zenit will be held on November 15, 2006.

The issue of the interest-bearing unconvertible certificated bonds of Bank Zenit worth 3 billion roubles was registered by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on September 5, 2006; the issue was assigned the state registration number 40303255B.

The organizer, underwriter and payment agent of the issue is OJSC Bank Zenit. According to the issue documentation, the face value of the loan totals 3 billion roubles and term of circulation – 5 years. Bonds have 10 half-year coupons. The placement of bonds will be made on MICEX stock exchange.
