OREANDA-NEWS. Vnesheconombank signed the three-sided cooperation agreement in the sphere of investment development with the Administration of Sakhalin oblast and the State Development Bank of China.

The agreement is aimed at establishment of the strategic partnership and development of the long-term and mutually advantageous cooperation. The parties also are going to activate efforts on the organization and attraction of financing for realization of the investment projects on the territory of Sakhalin oblast.

According to the document, initially the priority of the cooperation would be the projects in the following spheres: development of building industry, housing and infrastructural construction, construction of the social objects, modernization of the energy and communal services objects, development of the transport infrastructure, development of deposits, development of industrial processing of mineral resources, as well as gas and oil refining, agriculture and fishing, timber industry and wood processing.
