OREANDA-NEWS. The Gazprom Management Committee envisaged the Gazprom employment insurance development conception. The Management Committee decided to take as a basis the presented version of Conception.

Gazprom Personnel Management Department is obliged to prepare Concept Implementation Plan in two weeks.

The meeting emphasized that the Conception was developed with account of international experience and will stimulate implementation of Gazprom modern standards in the personnel management sector.

The list of Gazprom’s subsidiaries to be covered by the conception will match the list of subsidiaries indicated in the Collective General Agreement.
