OREANDA. The Federal Service for Financial Markets of Russia (FSFM) has registered the share issues and share placement reports of uncertificated registered ordinary shares and uncertificated registered preferred shares of type A filed by OAO "Samara Main Company" (Samara).

According to the Resolutions on share issuance and the placement reports, the following amounts of shares were issued:

• 3 566 585 532 uncertificated registered ordinary shares, par value RUB0.25 per share, for a total value of RUB 891 646 383. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 1-01-55232-Е;
• 131,328,000 uncertificated registered preferred shares of type A, par value RUB0.01 per share, for a total value of RUB 5 221 440. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 2-01-55232-Е.
