OREANDA-NEWS. The Federal Service for Financial Markets of Russia (FSFM) made a decision to issue permission on the placement and circulation of uncertificated registered ordinary shares of the open joint-stock company “Chelyabinsk Zinc Plant” outside the Russian Federation; state registration number of the issue is 1-01-45040-D as of November 3, 2003, state registration numbers of the additional issues of shares are 1-01-45040-D-002D as of July 4, 2006 and 1-01-45040-D-003D as of October 12, 2006.

1 354 885 uncertificated registered ordinary shares are admitted to circulation abroad.

In case if OJSC “Chelyabinsk Zinc Plant” places less shares as a result of the placement of the aforementioned issues the permission will cover the quantity not exceeding 25% of total number of the placed shares.
