Rating of Uralvneshtorgbank is confirmed at the level "B", rating of Sibacadembank - at the level "ВВ", the outlook is "stable".
Both of the banks – OJSC “Uralvneshtorgbank” and OJSC “Sibacadembank”, which now are in the process of merger under the uniform brand “URSA Bank”, also have ratings of the international agency Moody's Investors Service. Sibacadembank has ratings "B1" positive "/NP/E" positive". Uralvneshtorgbank has ratings "B2 "positive"/NP/Е "stable".
