OREANDA-NEWS. 26 October 2006, “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” INC Board of Directors held its regular session presided by A. Shigabutdinov, General Director “TAIF” JSC.
The Board reviewed a draft finance plan, investment plan & production program for 2007, feedstock supply situation, overhaul results and preparation for winter operations, progress in implementing the decisions taken before.

The Board members took into consideration the information on the draft finance plan and investment plan, production program for the next year. The drafts will be finalized with remarks taken into account and submitted for approval to the Board of Directors this November.

The Board approved as satisfactory the overhaul results. The session also stated that the preparation for winter operations at the Company was completed and the commercial subdivisions arranged feedstock supply for the Production Facilities as appropriate.
