OREANDA-NEWS. SIBUR Holding JSC has summed up the financial results in the first half 2006 under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

The Holding’s performance for the reporting period is as follows:
- revenue – 56 billion  535 million roubles (referential: for comparison - AK SIBUR JSC financial results for the same reporting period – 50 billion  474 million roubles);
- operating income – 11 billion 876 million roubles (8 billion  196 million roubles);

The net income of the company made 8 billion 246 million roubles (3 billion 901 million roubles).

SIBUR Holding JSC is a subsidiary of Gazprom JSC: Gazprom owns 25% plus one share and AB Gazprombank (CJSC) owns 75% minus one share.
