OREANDA-NEWS. The Federal Financial Markets Service of Russia has registered the report on results of the issue of unconvertible certificated interest-bearing bearer bonds of series 04 of the open joint-stock company "GT-TEC Energo" (Moscow), state registration number of the issue 4-04-50012-A from June 22, 2006.

According to the report presented on results of the issue of securities the emitter placed 2 million bonds with the par value of 1 000 roubles each.

The general volume of the issue (on face value): 2 billion roubles.
