The Federal Financial Markets Service of Russia has registered the additional issue and the prospectus of ordinary uncertificated nominal shares of the open joint-stock company “Sitronics" (Moscow), placed on the open subscription. State registration number assigned to the additional issue is 1-01-50038-A-002D as of August 7, 2006.

According to the report presented on results of the issue of shares the emitter placed 293 476 990 billion bonds with the par value of 1 rouble each.

The general volume of the issue (on face value): 293 476 990 roubles.
