OREANDA-NEWS. The Federal Financial Markets Service has made a decision to give out sanctions to circulation of shares of OJSC "Severstal" (Cherepovets) outside the Russian Federation.

The decision is received on circulation of ordinary nominal uncertificated shares of "Severstal", state registration number of the issue of securities 1-02-00143-А from 30.11.2004 and state registration number of additional issue of securities 1-02-00143-А-001D from 11.04.2006. Quantity of shares - 253 946 165 pieces that makes 24,99 % from total of the placed and being placed ordinary nominal uncertificated shares of open joint-stock company "Severstal".

However, if as a result of the placement of ordinary nominal uncertificated shares, state registration number 1-02-00143-А-002D from 17.10.2006 "Severstal" places smaller quantity of securities than it is specified in the registered decision on their additional issue, in this case shares in the quantity not exceeding 27.28% of total quantity of placed ordinary nominal uncertificated shares of OJSC “Severstal” would be admitted to the circulation outside the Russian Federation.
