The Federal Financial Markets Service of Russia has registered the report on results of the issue of unconvertible certificated interest-bearing bearer bonds of series 05 of the open joint-stock company "Central Telecommunication Company" (Khimki), state registration number of the issue 4-20-00194-A from June 15, 2006.

According to the report presented on results of the issue of securities the emitter placed 3 million bonds with the par value of 1 000 roubles each.

The general volume of the issue (on face value): 3 billion roubles.
