OREANDA-NEWS. On October 27, the next meeting of the Board of directors of OJSC "Gazprom" will takes place.

The meeting is planned to address the following questions:
* About application of methods of project financing in OJSC "Gazprom";
* About audit of stocks of gas, gas condensate, oil on deposits of OJSC "Gazprom";
* About external economic strategy of OJSC "Gazprom" in conditions of strengthening of transit role of Turkish Republic;
* About increase in authorized capital of JSB "Gazprombank" (Joint-Stock Company) by the issue and the placement  of additional shares;
* About the coordination of purchase of shares of the joint-stock company "URDANETAGAZPROM-1" and joint-stock company "URDANETAGAZPROM-2" (Venezuela) by the company "Gazprom (UK) Ltd. "

The meeting will also address other questions concerning the competence of the Board of directors of OJSC "Gazprom".
