OREANDA-NEWS. Within the frameworks of the project on expansion of Sredneuralskaya GRES, OJSC “WGC-5” has carried out competitive negotiations on selection of the contractor for construction of steal gas unit with capacity 410 MW on the basis of model "Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management (EPCM)".

On results of consideration of the offers presented by participants of the competitive negotiations, the company "Black&Veatch Special Projects Corp." was considered the winner.

The protocol of competitive negotiations goes that the contractor confirms readiness to put object in operation not later than on December 22, 2009. According to the report the contract between the parties will be regulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
