OREANDA-NEWS. On 17 October 2006, the Federal Service for Financial Markets of Russia (FSFM) registered share issues of OAO "Komi Energy Retail Company" spun off from Komienergo.

According to the companies' resolutions authorizing the share issuance, the following amounts of shares were issued:

• 4,581,128,852 ordinary shares, par value RUB0.01 per share, for a total value of RUB 45,811,288,52. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 1-01-55237-E;
• 22,000,000 preferred shares, par value RUB0.01 per share, for a total value of RUB 220,000. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 2-01-55237-E.
