Transmashholding to Be Providing Two Marine Engines to Vietnam in 2006
OREANDA-NEWS. CJSC Transmashholding will have provided two DB62 marine engines (6S50MC under MAN B&W classifier) manufactured by Bryansk Engineering Plant (BEP) to the Vietnamese shipyard Vinashin by the close of 2006.
The engines will be provided under the contract signed by CJSC Transmashholding and Vinashin in the second quarter of 2006. These are the first BEP marine engines to be provided to Vietnam.
Under the terms of the contract the Vietnamese company will be receiving two DB62 marine engines in 2006 and another five in 2007.
