OREANDA-NEWS.  OJSC “Sibirtelecom” ceased its participation (share) in the open joint-stock commercial bank "AltaiBusiness-Bank ".

OJSC “Sibirtelecom” sold 5,7 % stake in AKB “AltaiBusiness-Bank” belonging to it. After completion of the transaction OJSC “Sibirtelecom” has no more share of OJSC AKB “AltaiBusiness-Bank”.

The sum of the transaction and the buyer of shares are not disclosed.
