The Federal Service on Financial Markets has made a decision to give out sanctions to allow circulation of shares of the open joint-stock company "Pipe Metallurgical Company" (TMK, Moscow) outside the Russian Federation, state registration number of the issue 1-01-29031-Н from 26.07.2001.

The sanction is received on circulation of 183 330 210 ordinary nominal paperless shares of the open joint-stock company "Pipe Metallurgical Company".
