The IFRS financial statements comprise assets and liabilities and financial results of OJSC “Uralsvyazinform” and its 12 subsidiaries.

The net profit of the company for 6 months 2006 made 1 545,046 million roubles in comparison with 772,916 million roubles for 6 months 2005.

As a whole, incomes of the company for the first half of 2006 made 15 710,4 million roubles (14 690,319 million roubles), including incomes of services of communication - 12 523,1 million roubles, incomes of operators of communication - 2 810,6 million roubles, other incomes - 376,7 million roubles.

Growth of proceeds of the company for the period under review has made 7 % in comparison with the first half of 2005. Parameter OIBDA increased by 40,1 % in comparison with the first half 2005.

The quantity of subscribers has reached 7,7 million, including 4,1 million subscribers of mobile communication GSM.
