OREANDA-NEWS. Russia’s Federal Service for Financial Markets has registered the issue of interest unconvertible payable to bearer bonds of the A7 series issued by Gazprom and to be floated by open subscription.

In line with Gazprom’s decision, 5 million bonds worth 1,000 rubles each will be floated. The total issue is valued at 5 bn rubles by nominal value.

The issue’s state registration number is 4-07-00028-A.
