OREANDA-NEWS. Volgogradtransgaz Co. rescue teams have completed repairs of the damaged part of the Central Asia - Center - IV-2 main gas pipeline on the border of Kumylzhensky and Mikhajlovsky rayons in the Volgograd Oblast.

In total, 1oo m of 1,220-mm pipes and one tap have been replaced.  Round-the-clock rescue operations involved 100 workers and 37 mechanisms.  

The breaking happened at 442th km mark at 03.25 a.m. on September 28.
