OREANDA-NEWS. Russia’s Federal Service for Financial Markets has registered issues of ordinary nominal shares and Type A preference nominal shares by the Saratovskaya Magistralnaya Company. The shares will be placed on a stock exchange.

In line with the SMC decision, the company will float 4,865,127,996 ordinary nominal shares worth 0.03 ruble each, costing 145,953,839.88 rubles by nominal value. The issue’s registration number is 1-01-55233-E. 

In line with the SMC decision, the company will also float 1,493,316,000 preferred nominal shares worth 0.02007 ruble each, costing 29,970,852.12 rubles by nominal value. The issue’s registration number is 2-01-55233-E.
