OREANDA-NEWS. Since 5 September 2016, Eimundas Mačiulis retired from his position as the Director General of AB Utenos Trikotažas which he held since 10 September 2015. Upon the decision of the board, Algirdas Šabūnas, who previously was the chairman of the company's management board, was elected to be the new head of the company. A.Šabūnas will also continue to carry out his duties as the member of the board of SBA Concern.

Gintautas Rudis, who previously carried out the duties of the member of the board of AB Utenos Trikotažas, was elected to be the new chairman of the board. G.Rudis is also a member of the board of SBA Concern - the main shareholder of AB Utenos Trikotažas.
