OREANDA-NEWS. Nordecon AS, its subsidiary Nordecon Betoon OÜ and OÜ ITT Capital signed a contract for the construction works of modular houses production building for OÜ Harmet in Harku rural municipality. The building with gross space of 26,845 sqm will consist of one-storey production and storage area as well as three-storey block for office and service space. In addition to that necessary access roads, areas and utility networks will be built.

The value of the works is over 9 million euros, excluding VAT. The construction works will be completed in July 2017.
