OREANDA-NEWS. Dongfeng Motor Company at the Moscow Motor Show for the first time in Russia will show several new products, among which there will be a crossover DFM AX3.

As the press-service of "Dongfeng Motor Rus" informed, the new crossover DFM is characterized by high fuel efficiency thanks to intelligent system "start-stop” (STT). STT technology provides not less than 300 thousand cycles "start-stop", which ensures the efficient fuel economy and the possibility of achieving of fuel consumption at the level of 6.1 liters per 100 kilometers.

Ax3 is offered with two engine options - 1.6 liter (115 HP) and 1.4 Turbo. The 1.4T turbocharged engine delivers power of 140 HP. Peak torque of 196 Nm is achieved at 1750 rev / min. After the premiere at the motor show and certification, crossover will be available in the Russian market in 4 configurations, the buyer will be able to choose both mechanical and automatic transmission (Aisin II).

AX3 car is offered with such options as cruise control, keyless access to the interior of the car, start of the engine with one button, built-in GPS navigation, a rearview camera, two-tone sports seats made of water resistant material, electric sunroof, system ABS + EBD + ESP, airbags / curtain airbags, immobilizer, etc.

Dimensions of model are 4518/1740/1562 mm (length ? width ? height). Wheelbase is 2620 mm, the minimum ground clearance – is 170 mm. The rear seats are folded down flush with the boot, creating a completely flat area with 1700 mm depth. The boot can be increased from 550 liters to 1310 liters of volume.

As previously reported "AUTOSTAT", in addition to the premiere of crossover AX3 on the stand of Dongfeng Motor there will be premiere of flagship business sedan DFM A9, the Rich pickup, minivan DFM 370, as well as sedans of B and C class.
