OREANDA-NEWS. The company "Honda Motor Rus" announced a withdrawal of 55590 cars Honda CR-V, Accord and Jazz on August 15th. In particular, it should be withdrawn 38855 cars Honda Accord, produced from October 2005 until December 2008, 5587 of SUV Honda CR-V, manufactured from December 2005 until October 2006 and 11148 Honda Jazz, manufactured from October of 2005 until December of 2008. On the recalled cars there is a possibility of incorrect assembly of airbags. Due to an error the airbag may not work as expected, informed the press service of "Honda Motor Rus".

Authorized dealers of Honda will notify owners of vehicles that are to be withdrawn by the mailing of newsletters and / or on the phone about the need to give the car to the nearest dealership for repairs. On the recalled vehicles there will be checked and, if necessary, replacement of elements of the airbag. All repair work will be carried out free of charge to owners.

As previously reported "AUTOSTAT", for the first seven months of 2016 Russian dealers of Honda sold 838 cars – less by 69% than in the same period of the last year.
