OREANDA-NEWS. Russian dealers of Renault started to take orders for Kaptur crossover with continuously variable automatic transmission CVT X-Tronic. Sales of the model with the new gearbox will started in September of 2016, according to Renault's press service.

The new transmission is available for the front-drive version of Renault Kaptur in tandem with the petrol engine 1.6 liters (114 HP) at a price of 929 990 rubles. Car 1.6 liter CVT X-Tronic consumes 7.1 l / 100 km in combined cycle versus 7.4 liters / 100 km in the same version with manual transmission.

Recall that for Renault Kaptur it is offered two petrol engines - 1.6 liter (114 HP) and 2.0 liter (143 HP). Manual transmissions are presented by 5-speed gearbox, which is available for versions with 1.6 engine and front-wheel drive and 6-speed - for versions with 2.0 engine and all-wheel drive. The model is available in three configurations at the price from 859 thousand up to 1 million 149 thousand 990 rubles.
