OREANDA-NEWS. Russian dealers of Hyundai sold 10802 cars in July – less by 11.8% than a year before. For the first seven months of 2016 sales of the brand were 75,136 vehicles, which is less by 18.1% than in the same period of the last year.

As the press-service of "Hyundai Motor CIS" informed, the best-sellers of brand is Hyundai Solaris - in July, sales of the most popular foreign car in Russia were 7904 cars (-22.9%). Recall that in the last month the 600,000th Solaris found the owner since the release of the model in the market in February of 2011. Second place in terms of sales in July is kept by the compact crossover Hyundai Tucson, which was sold in the amount of 1 129 units. In the third place there was the new Hyundai Elantra with 594 sold cars.

As previously "AUTOSTAT” reported, Russian plant Hyundai started the mass production of new compact crossover Hyundai Creta. Cars that are available for sale in the near future will be in the official dealer centers of the company.
