OREANDA-NEWS. The Russian plant Hyundai started the final stage of test production of the new model - the compact crossover Creta. The plant will start the serial production of the car in the beginning of August of 2016, informed the press service of the company, "Hyundai Motor CIS".

It is noted that the total investment, aimed at the modernizing of production facilities, was $ 100 million. So, at the end of January of 2016 there were restarted the production lines of the company, it was set the new equipment, including 53 welding robots, there were obtained and tweaked the new molds, it was passed the line changeover of assembly shop. In addition, there was made a lot of work of searching, testing and approval of suppliers of new components and it was carried out, as well, the preparation of suppliers for mass production.
