In the first half of 2016 GM-AVTOVAZ conveyor produced 16961 cars

OREANDA-NEWS. In the first half of 2016 GM-AVTOVAZ conveyor produced 16961 cars - less by 11% than the year before. As the press-service of the joint venture informed, GM-AVTOVAZ sold dealers 16332 Chevrolet Niva cars (-0,6%) in the reporting period, including the export deliveries to CIS countries that were 873 cars (-33.2%).

Since the beginning of GM-AVTOVAZ work it was sold 622,910 vehicles, including exported 45573 cars. To date, sales of Chevrolet Niva cars are implemented by 149 dealers in Russia, 6 dealers and 3 distributors in CIS countries.

As previously reported "AUTOSTAT", from February 24th GM-AVTOVAZ went to work in one shift, 5 days a week instead of two shifts and the speed of the assembly line will increase by almost half.
