OREANDA-NEWS. Analytic agency "AUTOSTAT" conducted a study of the St. Petersburg market of used cars for the first five months of 2016 and it made a rating of the most popular models in the premium segment.

According to the study, the best-selling premium car in the secondary market in the northern capital is the Mercedes-Benz E-Class, the market volume of which was 966 units, which is more by 17% compared with the first five months of 2015.

In the second place there is BMW 5-Series, which was sold in amount of 911 units, by showing an increase of 16.9%. The third position is occupied by the BMW 3-Series with the index of 797 units (+ 21.7%).

It is worth noting that the top-three of leaders of the St. Petersburg model rating is identical to the TOP-10 of Moscow, and the first "two" - to the all-Russian one.

In the fourth place of rating – there is Mercedes-Benz C-Class (691 units; + 20.4%), the fifth-BMW X5 (526 units; + 11.4%).
