OREANDA-NEWS. Nordecon AS signed a contract with Lutheri ?rimaja O? to renovate the machine room of the historical Luther Furniture Factory at Vana-L?una Str 39, Tallinn. The total area of the building is ca 7,000 m2, and it will be renovated into seventeen office premises.

The construction cost will be more than 5 million euros plus VAT. The costruction works will be completed in April 2017.
