OREANDA-NEWS. In Togliatti, on June 8th, it was the annual shareholders' meeting and the next meeting of the Board of Directors of GM-AvtoVAZ, at which it was approved the company report by the results of 2015 and it was discussed issues, related to the company's operations.

It is also considered organizational issues related to changes in the composition of the Board of Directors in connection with the termination of the work of Bo Andersson and Peter Thomas.
